Disappointment of ‘good change’ apologists in the IP field

During the 23-24.09.2024 Industrial Property Law Forum, one could listen to a discussion of a group of people – the vast majority of whom are involved in spoiling the Polish IP law system (and upsetting the judiciary) – who were unable to come up with a sensible idea to fix the system on 23-24.09.2024.
